Bloating, infertility, weight gain, irregular periods (or none at all), crazy moods, not feeling sexy, huge muffin top, chronic constipation and absolutely no energy.  But I guess that’s enough about me… what’s new with you?

Hi, I’m Emma Polette, certified health coach, personal trainer, yoga teacher, reiki practitioner and founder of Blue Sky Vitality.

For over 3 years I have been working with women to help them lose weight, get fitter and feel amazing.  But, I kept getting little signs that I needed to do more, go big, tell my truth and support other women like me.

You see, back in 2011 I was a stressed out corporate sales executive living in Sydney and fuelling myself with coffee & banana bread.  I’d just had my second laparoscopic surgery  for my endometriosis (endo) and this time they had to take out an ovary & Fallopian tube.  It felt really strange knowing I’d lost an actual organ to my endo.  But I just soldiered on.  Because that’s what us busy, successful, multi-tasking women do – right?

As I write this, it’s 5 years later, I’ve completely changed my lifestyle and I’m committed to helping other women get healthy.

But guess what… despite all the work I’ve done on my life and my health, my endo is back.  In fact, it may never go away.   And it would be so easy to just give up and eat potato chips while lying on the couch all day (and look to be honest, I do that, but not all day every day!)  But I won’t give up.  I hope you won’t either.

This is why I feel compelled to create this podcast.  As education & support for women with hormonal issues like me (and perhaps like you too).

Over time I will cover conditions such as

  • Endometriosis
  • PCOS
  • Terrible menopause
  • Fibroids
  • Adrenal Fatigue
  • And more…

Every fortnight I will bring you information, guest speakers, healthy living tips and most importantly downloadable resources to help you build your knowledge and tools to manage your condition.

Please subscribe to the podcast on iTunes.  And I would love for you to contact me at if you’d like to share your story!
